HR Staff (Recruitment)
Mô tả công việc
- Developing and recommending strategies to ensure recruitment process in a given time frame.
- Collaborate with departments on regular basis & proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Develops & update job descriptions, job specifications.
- Perform jobs & task analysis to document job requirement & objective.
- Preparing recruitments materials and locate appropriated candidates via several of methods.
- Screen candidates’ resumes & applications.
- Conduct interviews process within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant KSA.
- Corporate with Training staff regarding on boarding new hires in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports to manager.
- Do manpower market research.
- Developing & maintaining a strong network related to recruitment works both inside & outside of

+ Experience & Expertise (Kinh nghiệm & Khả năng chuyên môn)
- Male/Female, from 22~26 years old.
- University graduation in human resources or related fields (social affair/economics...).
- No experience requires.

- Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Strategic & planning skill.
- Business acumen & leadership skills.
- Analytical & reporting skills.
- Open mind, talkative & be able to go on business trip (domestic)
