HR Specialist
Mô tả công việc
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals based on collecting data performance assessment of employee, promoting training programs to improve the capacity of employees
- Be in charge of training for new employee.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Support to evaluate performance employee quarterly, yearly.
- Support to build and develop company culture.
- Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Support to take care of career path for employee
- Support to recruitment procedure: + job post, finding potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
+ Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities.
- Other works as assigned by HR leader and BOD.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have at least 3 years experienced in Human resource
- Bachelor degree in Human resource management, Law…
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Good decision-making, strategic thinking, interpersonal and ethical conduct skills
- Problem solving skill .
- Good computer skills in Excel, word and PP
- Workplace: LS ELECTRIC business center, 11th floor, 789 building, 147 Hoang Quoc Viet (80%) and Main Factory (20%) in Nguyen Khe, Dong Anh, Ha Noi
- Estimate interview schedule: 15/4/2021
