HR Director (Animal Feed)

- Be responsible for HR - Adm activities of Animal Feed Business Unit (BU) including Org Chart, Company Culture, HR operations, C&B, Talent Attraction, Training, Talent Development following GreenFeed Group system.
- Direct report: General Director of Animal Feed Industry; Deputy General Director of HR and Administration of GreenFeed Group
- Functional HRD and HRD of other industries under GreenFeed Group
- Subordinates: HRMs of BU (Feed)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification:
- Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Laws or other related majors
- Knowledge and skills in modern resources management
- Entrepreneurship
- Mastery of labor law, PIT, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance…
- Over 10 years of experience in HR, in which at least 5 years of experience in HRD in manufacturing companies with 500 employee size including sales team
- Prefer candidates having experience in MNC companies, set up new business unit, restructure.
2. Competencies:
- English: Good at English communication
- Vietnamese: Be able to compose competency criteria, policies, regulations
- IT: HRIS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project…)
- Presentation
- Negotiation, conflict management
- Risk management
- Change management
- Build and develop and teams
3. Working conditions:
- Base mainly in Long An and HCM
- Willing to a business trip to BU nationwide and market
