Due to supplement management personnel for Credit Policy Department, Indovina Bank has demand to find potential candidates who meet with the requirements as follows:
* Tasks: Manage and execute the operation of Credit Policy Department to reach the assigned results according to IVB’s strategy in each period.

1. Planning/ Budget
- Build and implement action plans of Department for each period;
- Deploy building credit policy and operational process of control and credit policy with documents to guide the management and credit operations for the IVB’s system;
- Manage and supervise implementation plans of Dept for each period.

2. Manage and execute according to Department functions and duties
2.1. Manage and organize the implementaion of speacializing works
- Develop the regulations and guidance on documentary legal profession for lending and guarantee credit opearions, discounts and other credit duties;
- Develop the credit regulations, processes and guidelines (including loans, guarantees, discounts and other credit duties);
- Develop the policy of credit score;
- Develop the policy of security property;
- Develop debt classification policy and set up provisions;
- Develop disbursement policy;
- Develop the policy of development after loan control and debt recovery
- Credit orientations for IVB;
- Credit instructions for IVB;
- Coordinate with relevant divisions in monitoring the bad debt management and credit growth of IVB;
- Update/identify the actual inconsistencies with the credit policy, or between the credit policy and the provisions of the law; propose and develop appropriate measures/necessary changes in credit policy, related documents;
- Assign and direc the focal point to receive and resolve Business Centre’s feedback on problems in credit policy cooperation;
- To organize the implementation of credit policy dissemination and training to related units and individuals.
- Direct and coordinate with Internal Audit Dept. when necessary to check credit supervision and related credit records.

2.2. Compliance
- Comply with the provisions of Law and internal regulations, comply with the rules of ethical.
- Comply with the assignment of Board of Executives/Board of Members.

3. Staff Management
- Manage activities of Credit Policy Department. Directly train, coach, advise, consult, guide and develop expertise;
- Supervise and manage the level of work completion compared to the budget and targets, periodically evaluate the work results of employees.
- Lead, assign, arrange, allocate personnel reasonably, effectively, suitable to the professional capacity of each employees and job requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Male/Female with Bachelor’s Degree in major of Banking/Finance/Law or equivalent;
- Strong knowledge of Law, Credit
- Leadership skill, training skill, team work;
- Skills of problem-solving and decision-making;
- Experience: at least 5 years with related experience with 3 years working as Manager in credit policy field;
- English: Fluent in English (equivalent TOEIC 700 and above).
