Job Summary
- Support the Head of Compliance, Retail Digital Bank, Country Head of Compliance, Country Head of Digital Bank to achieve Retail Digital Bank Objectives
- Provide regulatory and governance advice with respect to Retail Digital Bank, Digital and Mobile initiatives, Apex Retail Initiatives, and other Compliance initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory and governance advice Country Digital Bank team, and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide regular progress and regulatory updates to Head of Compliance, Retail Digital Bank, Country Head of Compliance, and Country Head of Digital Bank
- Formulate and execute regulatory engagement plan, and take lead in resolving regulatory challenges to the launch of Retail Digital Bank in Country
- Engagement with Operational Risk to identify risk and propose controls for risk identified
- Design and conduct Compliance Monitoring Review
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of Retail Banking and/ or FinTech, in Compliance and/or risk management aspects
- Understanding of regulatory landscape and requirements relating to Retail Products, Retail Distribution, Technology Risk, Outsourcing, and FinTech
- Knowledge in areas such as operational risk management, information security.
- Knowledge of businesses operations within financial institutions would be beneficial
- A methodical and meticulous individual with the ability to multi-task
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with Senior Executives
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, sometimes demanding environment
