We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Leasing Executive
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide legal advisory, licensing, and litigation and arbitration monitoring to support residential and commercial projects.
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Advise on legal and compliance matters for the residential and commercial projects;
- Supervise contract implementation, e.g. effective date, due dates for required actions, expiration, etc.;
- Keep filling of the documents of projects in charge, e.g. legal database and template documents, etc.;
- Involve in proof-reading papers drafted/prepared by other team members;
- Translate documents and review translation works;
- Provide update on/summary of changes in laws and regulations which are relevant to the company business, investment team and the project companies;
- Draft and review application dossiers to update the incorporation documents of the project companies;
- Provide advice on litigation and arbitration and Intellectual Property sector;
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to other team members;

- At least 03 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Good understanding of law and regulations especially in real estate sector
- Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure;
- Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).
