Mô tả công việc
- Prepare employment contracts and make arrangements for new staff.
- Update and maintain the personnel records (hard & soft copies).
- Assist in handling staff enquiries in relation to the rewards and benefits policy.
- Train new employees about company's structure, policies, benefit, company's system.
- Implement handover processes when staff quits job.
- Prepare job descriptions of all positions and post jobs to appropriated channels.
- Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment process: screening, interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Facilitates communication among employees and management.
- Design and facilitate in-house events such as teambuilding, year-end party, in-house training courses, monthly seminar & conferences.
- Fully in charge of payroll, benefits for employee.
- Calculate SHUI and handle related issues with authorities.
- Finalize PIT and update regulations, compliance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience in human resources and administrative management, familiar with HR recruitment, training, performance, remuneration and other module theories and practices;
- Knowledge of local legal legislation, policy
- Strong team leadership and leadership skills, executive ability, communication ability and sense of responsibility
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus
