Chief Accountant (Newly Built Factory in Dong Nai)

1. Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group.
2. Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.
3. Responsible for organizing the accounting system and explaining accounting policies to Staff.
4. Recruit, transfer, upgrade, reward and discipline Accountants in accordance with the Company's labor regulations.
5. Responsible for planning, organizing, inspecting, maintaining and innovating in the direction of effective accounting control activity.
6. Responsible for setting up and submitting timely accounting, statistic and finalization reports in accordance with the regulations.
7. Check payment voucher, fund report to arrange cash flow support for payment.
8. Check salary calculation and record salary in system (salary, insurance).
9. Review Loan document, intercompany document.
10. Responsible for disseminating and guiding the timely implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations promulgated by the State for the executive levels in the Accounting and Statistical system.
11. Responsible for analyzing revenue and expenditure fluctuation from month-to-month support for Controlling to perform planning.
12. Responsible for controlling Tax report and Tax issue, supporting TP presentation.
13. Responsible for BOD's salary calculation and controlling BOD's personal information.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant position.
- Knowledge of accounting law, Tax regulation.
- Good at English in both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Working Location: Dong Nai Province (newly built factory of framas Group)
- Training Location: framas Korea Vina - Long Thanh Industrial Park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai
