Business Development/ Partnership Executive

- Identify and connect with potential domestic and international game development partners.
- Introduce the company, assess collaboration opportunities, advise partnership models, and negotiate contract terms.
- Act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, HR) throughout the publishing process.
- Monitor and evaluate publishing performance, provide reports, and suggest improvement plans to optimize results and revenue.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand via LinkedIn, Facebook; attend industry events, and maintain professional partner engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with game market trends, scout for new collaboration ideas, and nurture partner relationships.

K – KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Sales – preferably in Gaming or Tech.
- Solid understanding of game publishing processes, the game market, and partner insights.
- Familiarity with business partnership models and B2B branding strategy.
S – SKILLS
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasive reasoning skills.
- Capable of researching the market, identifying trends, and targeting the right partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; bonus if skilled in social content writing and engagement.
- Effective time management, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Existing network in the game industry (individuals, studios, publishers); confident English (spoken & written).

- Salary: Up to 20,000,000 VND/month GROSS, with 100% during probation.

- Monday – Friday (weekends off).
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Tea-break: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM.
