Mô tả công việc

Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts (BAs).
Analyze customer requirements and needs to develop appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain business analysis documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with other departments such as development, testing, and project management to ensure requirements are understood.
Ensure quality and feasibility of proposed solutions.
Train and mentor team members on business analysis processes and tools.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
Experience working in warehouse is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with analysis and project management tools.
