Brewery Cost Controller

- To direct, coordinate, maintain and ensure consistency of data reporting systems, periodical, reporting of brewery performance (focus on production level) (Traffic Light System, OPI, BCA, BCS, PCM, SCDS, TPM) relating to activities of production.
- To assist PM in setting, analysing, controlling and updating of brewery, operating targets, objectives, plan and budget and make proposals/advices on identification of area of improvement and/ or opportunities for further development towards high performance (i.e, to reduce losses).
- To analyse SDC real costs and compare to budgeted SDC costs in order to make proposals for costs reducing for brewery.
- To deploy quantitative data and/or financial data as and when requested by SC OPCO or PM
- To assist PM in developing plans and targets for brewery interpreting data; making comparable analyses, recommending options and course of action; implementing directives
- To monitor projects by selecting critical action plans; reviewing results; recommending corrective actions and to contribute to team effort by participating and accomplishing related results as needed such as spare parts management, maintenance cost etc…
- To raise and follow up e-capex for brewery, liasing with finance for correct completion and tracking progress of capex forms..
- Ensure that all capex forms are filled in with correct justifications.
- Maintain a register of capex forms, updated for project progeress and completion dates
- Prepare brewery budgets. Compile operating and fixed cost budgets for brewery Compile capex budgets and annual OH budgets and 3 yr plan
- Identify cost saving opportunities from PCM or variable cost reports
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in Economics/Industrial Management/Accounting
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control principles
- Knowledge of TPM
- At least 5-year experience in relevant field
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Good analytical thinking and decision making
- Good organising and planning skills
- Good presentation skill
- Conversant in spoken and written English
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc…)
