Mô tả công việc

Ability to research in Machine Learning, AI.
Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI models to solve specific business problems
Work with large language models (LLM) and Vision Language Model (VLM) to enhance reasoning capabilities and related applications
Analyze and process large datasets to create accurate predictive models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in a similar position
Experience with Machine Learning tools and libraries such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc
Deep understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including Transformer, Deep Learning and Machine Learning
Experience with some CI/CD tools: Docker or Kubernetes, and similar tools
Experience working with large language models (LLM) such as GPT, LLama
Use techniques like hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and performance optimization to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
Experience fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs
Strong programming skills in Python.
Good logical reasoning and reasoning ability
Good ability to work independently: identify problems, solve problems, ability to withstand pressure

Nice to have

Experience with Data Engineer is an advantage: SQL and database modeling, data cleaning model, development skills
Understanding of Diffusion, GAN
Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark is a plus
