Tuyển Report Technical Supervisor (Food Testing)

* Objectives
- Provide good technical support to all teams including lab operation teams, customers services team and sales team
- Support the Lab to improve quality and productivity
- Expand lab capability to meet clients requirement
- Provide excelent customer services to satisfy clients’ need
* Tasks / Responsibilities
- Technical task:
+ Study new regulations/ clients’ manual and have proper update/ training to all relevant teams
+ Responsible for new projects (new clients, new protocols, etc.)
+ Provide technical advice and review reports for Report team.
+ Support Sales to explain technical matters to clients
+ Coordinate with other teams or related parties to investigate complaints/ claims, suggest solution for management’s approval, reply to clients and have proper actions to improve the situation
+ In the absence of the Technical Supervisor/Manager, supervisor shall assume the QA's responsibilities
- Report team supervision task
+ Review the existing operation and have proper recommendation to the Food Lab Manager/ Supervisors
+ Overall management and accountability on the performance of the Report Team.
+ Organize the resouce to handle daily operation of the report Team
+ Assign jobs to subbordinate staff, train/ coach them and supervise/ review their performance
+ Responsible for creating/ updating guidance/ report templates
+ Review and sign (if assigned) in test reports
+ Review and close files after completing the jobs
+ Responsible for quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, quality database update, etc.)
+ QHSE compliance
* Other tasks assigned by the Food Lab Manager or the Division Manager
- Key Performance Indicators
+ Number of projects performed
+ Completeness, accuracy and up to date of technical and quality documents
+ Satisfactoriness of lab operation teams, CS and Sales Team
+ Acurate and on time issuance of test reports
+ Customer impact/ satisfaction/ complaints/ claims
+ Staff development
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation with related background
- Over 3 year experience working in laboratory relating to technical process.
- Trained or experienced in ISO17025
- Good communication in English
