Mô tả công việc
* Manage Marketing Department
- Establish & manage Marketing team to be in charge of branding, planning & implementing Marketing strategies (brand positioning, brand portfolio, brand & product launching, establish brand CI & increasing brand awareness).
- Building plan & budget to support overall business, monitor and report actual spending with break -ups on various activities.
- Manage & execute all activities related to MKT: Events, PR, Digital, etc… to increase brand awareness & sales volume to achieve company's target.
* Sales support & dealer network
- Coordinate with Sales Dept. to develop & manage Teraco Dealer Network.
- Communicate & support dealer network business to make sure their sales volume to be achieved provided target.
- Coordinate with sales Dept. to build sales strategy & dealer policy
- Coordinate with Design Dept. to build Dealer Corporate Identity (CI) to be applied for all Dealer System and ensure their appropriate application.
* Product development
- Research & coordinate with Sales Dept. to plan for new product
- Market analysis & comparison to point out the strength & weakness of the product for improvement
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education and majors: Graduated College – major in Marketing, Economics or related.
- Skills:
+ Good communication (Fluent in English) & presentation skill

+ Strong ability of building plan & job arrangement
+ Create team spirit & inspiration in work
- Experience:
+ Knowledge in automotive industry & competitors.
