Mô tả công việc
- Inputs the computer system for: Number of pax, table no, order no, and contain of the order immediately when receiving captain order from wait staff
- Prints Guest Checks for the settlement when guests request for settlement& ensure the guest check is correct with their order
- Ensures Guest Checks are properly settled according to the mode of payment
- Ensures all Guest Checks, Cash, signed Credit Card Vouchers and Vouchers received are properly accounted for
- Ensure all Guest Checks have guest signature, guest full name & room number when guests request for settlement with room transferring, officer/entertainment checks, Hotel's privilege card
- Ensure that Cash & Credit card bill received from guest must keep in Cash box and submit to drop safe when finish shift
- Follow well all payments sequence as guest request
- Counts and agrees the cash to the Cash Settlement total in the Outlet Sale Report. Record & follow up any cash shortages and overages
- Ensure all reports are well submitted to Accountant & All Forms are full filled
