• Supervise the implementation of HSE Site Committee in the South.
• Participate in development and maintain of procedures comply to legal requirements and clients requirements.
• Develop and ensure periodic Hazard Analysis and Risks Assessments; Incidents and Accident Investigations (If any) implemented and recommends corrective action awareness programs accordingly.
• Performs HSE inspections and audits and prepare relevant reports on all safety & health related incidents.
• Ensure, monitor and evaluate the compliance of all regulatory requirements of in charged warehouse.
• Coordinate with other Line Managers and other functions to ensure staff, local partner and contractors adhere strictly to the safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure the monitoring program of environment and industrial hygiene conduct fully and on time.
• Ensures fully and on time safety inspection for machinery equipment with strict occupational safety requirements.
• Ensure annual refresh exercises on First Aid, Emergency Evacuation and Fire Drills and BCP are conducted at in charged site.
• Carry out orientation for new employees and refresh training for current employees on HSE and Security according to company's requirements and customer at in-charged site.
• Secretary of the HSE Site Committee and lead the ERT.
• Control, monitor and report waste (Liquid/solid, domestic/industrial and hazardous) collection, discharge and treatment at in-charge sites.
• Control, monitor and report HSE & Security KPI of in-charged site.
• Ensure regular HSE & Security meeting with HSE Site Committee and follow-up action.
• Play role as HSE & Secuity Document Controller.
• Coordinate with Facility functions to ensure security systems are maintained and function properly (Door Access System, CCTV system & Control Room, patrol system and facility security alarms).
• Ensuring that all Security SOP`s are developed and followed.
• Attend all client and regulatory security audits as required.
• Implement security protocols, policies and procedures and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
• Report to management and track all incidents on loses/ theft. Report findings and respond to inquiries about the status of cases.
• Investigate source of warehouse security breach.
• Admin tasks for facility team such as OT, document retention.
• Making purchase order on Ariba system, follow-up to receive and make expense report.
• Making equipment master list, maintenance and calibration plan and follow-up the plan.
• Monitor and check equipment following regulatory and repair or contact 3rd parties for quick service, Ensure all facilities, equipment, tools are maintained and repaired on time.
• Coordinate with QA to do validation/testing equipment/system.
• Prepare and handle internal/external audit.
• Coordinate with facility team to join TOP program.
• Implement other task assigned by Facility Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University graduated, background of Industrial Engineering, Environment or Safety or equivalent is preferable.
• Engineering background in manufacturing environment or distribution warehouse is preferable.
• Background of Industrial Engineering, Environment or Safety or equivalent is preferable.
