Mô tả công việc
- Work as liaison between customers and the company in regards to product developments, orders follow-up, customer service and proper feedback to customer complaint and inquires. Ensure on-time and effective response to customers on all ongoing projects.
- Smoothly cooperate with other relating departments.
- For team leader position, well manage the team and enhance team’s performance from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Language skill: Proficiency in Chinese and English (oral and verbal) and daily email feedback.
- Able to work hard and independently.
- Have patience and the ability to communicate and talking (include email) skillfully with people of all levels.
- Dynamic, trustworthy and sensible.
- Candidates with less experience and capability can be considered as Assistant to Merchandiser. Welcome fresh graduate to fill in the position of Assistant to Merchandiser.
