Tuyển Marketing Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Manage and grow the Marketing Department: currently 10+ persons, in the process of multiplying growth;
- Create and implement internal procedures and processes to enhance the Department’s management and the team’s performance;
- Create marketing strategies and ongoing cooperation with the Product Development Department to monitor day-to-day results for all marketing campaigns and implement necessary changes to campaigns in order to achieve the targets set;
- Lead, plan & conduct all digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising under assigned digital marketing budget;
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- Work with internal team to improve results, continuously testing new methodology and looking to improve outcomes every step of the way;
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness;
- Define key metrics to management for ongoing marketing improvements;
- Set KPIs for the subordinating teams and evaluate their performance;
- Train/ coach team members to improve performances & skills;
- Provide clear, executive-level reporting on a regular basis to provide clarity into the performance of online campaigns for the rest of the company and its leadership;
- Coordinate the communication bet ween the Marketing Department and other local departments, as well as the local operations in Indonesia &Thailand.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: 25 – 40 years old;
- Graduated from university in Marketing or related fields;
- At least 5 - 7 proven year experience in Performance Marketing with 5 years in management on E-commerce. Prefer to Nutra aspect;
- Newspaper, TV media buying experience a plus;
- Prefer to have knowledge and practice in Marketing automation;
- Strong, proven leadership skills with a track record of success;
- Good English is must.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Working from: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
