Mô tả công việc
- Act as in-house legal counsel for the corporation in respect of Law on Enterprise, Law on Commerce, Law on Competition, Law on labor, etc.
- Provide legal advice, legal opinion in terms of all legal issues related to the business of the corporation (including trading companies and breweries in Vietnam).
- Draft or/and review/ revise all kinds of contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnamese and English.
- Be in charge of legal related projects, not limited to standardizing legal department’s operation procedures, work- flow designs, etc and other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good English and office computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic, dynamic and friendly
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to manage and lead a small team
- At least 2-3 years of relevant management experience
- Experience in working with government authorities is an advantage
