Tuyển Kế Toán Trưởng
Mô tả công việc
- Manage, monitor and implement accounting transactions and accounting documents as the Company’s regulations and valid laws;
- Manage the expenditure and recorded in the accounting book correctly;
- Manage and supervisor inventory (including but not limited to CKD material and sub materials), and all of production cost for each models in accounting book;
- Perform costing calculation for each model and identify actual profit and loss for each model;
- Control and monitor invoices issued to customers and receivables from customers. Highlight Sales team if there is any bad debts or others;
- Prepare financial Statement for The Board of Directors' approval;
- Work with Tax department on any their requirements;
- Ensure the confidentiality of information according to the regulations of company;
- Manage, monitor and implement accounting transactions and accounting documents as the Company’s regulations and valid laws;
- Coordinate with the audit firm to conduct the annual audit;
- Ensure explanation for accounting data clearly, specifically to the General Director, the authorities, auditing firms;
- Ensuring accounting work of Corporation always follow proper procedures, forms, documents promptly and accurately;
- Perform other jobs assigned by General Director;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated college with related fields;
- At least 5 year experience on Chief Accountant position or equivalent position;
- Have Chief Accountant certificate;
- Good proficiency in accounting software, MISA is plus;
- Good proficiency in office computer;
