As a member of TikiNOW, you will gain more knowledge and experience on how an E-Logistics system operates, obtain the opportunities to push yourself further by solving problems in a system where millions of orders are sold and delivered to customers, and support the Tiki Express Delivery (TED) team to deliver products to customers in the fastest and most dedicated way.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Intern, Legal. This position is critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal and external stakeholder so as to generate new demand for the company’s products.
What you’d contribute:
- Contract & Legal docs of Company:
- Draft and revise contracts, agreements, forms, and relevant legal documents;
- Manage and submit documents of application, amendment to the competent authorities;
- Keep abreast with updates in Vietnam Laws;
- Legal researching about enterprise, investment, labor, intellectual property, commercial, etc. as prescribed in law;
- Other duties:
- Translate contracts, agreement, and relevant legal documents;
- Develop and follow the internal regulations & process systems;
- Support daily admin works of the Legal department.

What you’d have to succeed for the role:
- 4th year students or graduated Students from Universities, major: Law, Economic - Law;
- An independent, confident, excellent team-work and knowledge-sharing spirit;
- Demonstrated good communication, responsibility, and loyalty;
- Carefulness in reading and understanding;
- Discretion ability to work under pressure.
