Legal Specialist

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to support our commercial activities and maintain compliance in a fast-growing software company.
What You’ll Do
- Review, draft, contracts, and support negotiation of commercial terms during deal execution.
- Provide practical legal advice to Sales, Delivery, and internal teams during deal execution.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, standard clauses, and internal guidelines.
- Support corporate legal matters.
- Ensure legal documentation is properly managed: Contract filing, tracking, and archiving & Document control processes.
- Conduct research and update regulatory requirements in fintech, insurtech, privacy, and other sectors impacting the company’s operations.
- Manage disputes and litigation procedures.
- Perform other legal tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Your Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Legal / In-house Counsel / Legal Executive
- Good English communication skills
- Strong experience in contract drafting and review (commercial contracts preferred)
- Good understanding of corporate and labor regulations in Vietnam
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and explain legal concepts in a practical way
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a lean environment with a mix of legal and operational tasks
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT /Software / service-based companies
- Familiarity with outsourcing legal services (ERC, IRC, work permit, etc.)
- Conversational Chinese.
