Mô tả công việc

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Develop and update processes and forms for budgeting activities for the sector.
Develop accounting and management accounting forms for the accounting software system.
Assist in coordinating with the Branch, units to deploy the annual budget.
Coordinate with the Construction sector, update and monitor the performance indicators (KPI) in line with the operational objectives.
Analyzing and making independent assessment of the feasibility and economic efficiency of the investment projects of the Group, the Bloc and the Branch.
Monitor and analyze the situation of business sector, industry, market, competitors; or other matters related to the activities of the Group, according to the needs of the Board of Directors, Branches, Groups.
Prepare and publish timely quarterly financial statements.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Manage and comply with local, government reporting requirements.
Additional controller duties as necessary.

Proven working experience as a Financial controller.
More 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
Advanced degree in Accounting.
CPA/ ACCA or CMA preferred.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with creating financial statements.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
