Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Develop and update processes and forms for budgeting activities for the sector.
- Develop accounting and management accounting forms for the accounting software system.
- Assist in coordinating with the Branch, units to deploy the annual budget.
- Coordinate with the Construction sector, update and monitor the performance indicators (KPI) in line with the operational objectives.
- Analyzing and making independent assessment of the feasibility and economic efficiency of the investment projects of the Group, the Bloc and the Branch.
- Monitor and analyze the situation of business sector, industry, market, competitors; or other matters related to the activities of the Group, according to the needs of the Board of Directors, Branches, Groups.
- Prepare and publish timely quarterly financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, government reporting requirements.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven working experience as a Financial controller.
- More 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- Advanced degree in Accounting.
- CPA/ ACCA or CMA preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with creating financial statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month -end/year end close process.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
