Manage a portfolio of clients by engaging with clients to ensure products/services perform to expectation, recommend new products/services, and introduce complimentary products/services to other segments.
Help close new prospects to become our clients.
Prepare response to clients such as legal documents, pricing negotiation, integration, go lives, SLA, etc...
Seek out feedback from clients and provide feedback to internal team members such as Data Scientist, Data Engineerings, and etc. to enable better product/services development and provision within the product roadmap.
Manage and oversee project deployment, project scoping, time management, planning and execution to deliver on time.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of sales, relationship management and customer support, especially SLA when there is an incident.
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams on projects and new businesses.

At least 02 years experiences in business development role.
Working knowledge of Finance/Banking/Fintech and AI/Analytics products.
Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing for both English and Vietnamese, and to conduct meetings at very Senior Corporate/Bank levels.
Ability to resolve conflicts, manage crises and solve problems, withstand pressure, work efficiently, with analytical ability, energy and determination to execute and win.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with scaleup in B2B tech companies is a big plus.
