Trợ lý GĐ nhân sự (Kiêm nhân viên tuân thủ - HR Manager Assistant cum Compliance Officer)
Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate all factory compliance works (Labor safety & 5S, fire safety, Green & Environment - Higg FEM, C-Tpat, Oeko tex ect…)
- Monitor and arrange works for HR staffs.
- Checking monthly payroll and other incentive bonus.
- Updated database and manpower report.
- Assist to Set up Company policies (Company rules & regulations, salary scale, Collective bargaining agreement ect….)
- Prepare monthly KPI report.
- Translation & counseling as needed.
- Monitor recruitment process, do the first interview.
- Organize Company events
- Arrange safety training program.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate.
- Good verbal and written skill in English
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive, dynamic, well organized,
- Good analysis skills
- At least 5 years experience as Factory Compliance officer and HR field.
