• Senior Sales Engineer is accountable for all sales activities and market development. Providing innovative wire processing solution for cutting, stripping, crimping, sealing machine
• Ensure sales targets are achieved
• Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned scope
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including engineers, manufacturing professionals and sourcing/procurement personal
• Works with technical staff to provide customers with application solutions and problem resolution
• Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve continuous growth.
• Develop, execute and manage marketing plan & activity to support our aggressive sales growth initiatives.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• The candidate must have 5+ years’ experience with at least 2 years of technical marketing experience.
• Knowledge of wire harness cutting machine
• Highly credible with customers & and able to develop strong customer relationships
• Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
