Mô tả công việc
- Reading, researching and reviewing correspondence, reports and legal documents.
- Updating new legal regulations.
- Providing legal advices to other departments and Management in relation to relevant laws.
- Drafting, reviewing, translating legal documents.
- Handling of disputes and/or litigations when necessary.
- Provide advice on the legal risk assumed by the holding in connection with proposed decisions or actions, and advice on the development of new programs and initiatives.
- Assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Assisting in providing advice or authorized to represents the holdings in complex business transactions, including the following:
- Real Estate Transactions
- Finance Transactions
- Procurement Transactions
- Others Transactions
- Reviews and recommends all of SKR holdings’ legal documents.
- Other tasks are assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Law - LLB
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in legal position company
- Knowledge and experience in principles and practices of civil, constitutional, contract, property, employment, environmental, municipal, commercial and administrative law
- Advanced in oral and written communication skill
- Good drafting and advising skills
- Strong analytical skill to assess potential risks to identify and design solutions for complex legal issues
- Good in both English and Vietnamese with communication skill for interaction with the government, the judicial system and negotiating parties
- Good time and task management skills
