REPORTING TO GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
* Finance & Accounting - direct and monitor the activities of revenue reporting, expenses reporting and general ledger maintenance in a way that client transactions, suppliers’, employee and other disbursements to be processed, recorded and reconciled on a timely and accurate basis to ensure accuracy of accounting records. Ensure that the balance sheet is accurately and all ledger reconciliations to be performed regularly. Has overall responsibility for the performance of the Finance Department
* Management and Financial Reporting
- Responsible for all reporting deliverable per Group requirements in accordance with the reporting schedule and completion of annual audit report in compliance with statutory disclosure requirements
- Assist and Provide training and guidance to the Finance teams of DVGH subsidiaries to generate timely and correctly all financial reports according to the DVGH Policy & Process, VAS and local tax laws
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors to manage and supervise all CAs to settle all adjustments & issues required by the auditors
* Implementation of new accounting application
- Leader in the implementation of the finance system – ERP for DVGH and its subsidiaries
- Work with the software vendor to map the scope of work for the finance system implementation
- Lead in the design of the finance system – need to understand the workflows and business processes of the Group Companies
- Review the final agreed upon blue print for system implementation
- Project management of the finance system implementation
- Ensure that internal resources are adequate
- Timely update to BOM on status of project
- Key contact point for software vendor
- Key contact point to distribute communication to Group Companies on all matters relating to the implementation of the finance system
* Budgeting & Re-forecasting
- Proactively conduct business performance review and financial analysis and prepare business plans in alignment with company strategies
- Work closely with Group Finance Director (GFD), lead the other Departments, VAC Subsidiaries to establish Group Budget Procedure and Process, to build budgets of the Group (inclusive of DVGH companies) and meet all budget and KPI targets in respect to the Annual Plans of responsible areas
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Preferable CPA or ACCA Certificate.
- At least 3 years as Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager/Finance Director/Head of Finance Function/Chief Accounting Officer of International/Foreign companies.
- Having good experiences working in International audit firms is a plus.
- Must be analytical with good communication and negotiation skills and able to operate independently.
- Be a leader and take responsibility for ensuring the finance team provides value-added support to the business line.
- Expected to have to able to multitask in addition to strong technical financial expertise.
