Mô tả công việc

● To prepare and maintain Quality documentation system of OGC Division
● To cooperate with National Quality Manager with the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System and, to ensure that quality requirements are not subordinated to any prejudicial interests;
● To ensure consistency of Quality Management System and the requirements of ISO 9001, 17025, 17020 and Health-Safety-Environment matters and other Standards.
● To coordinate with divison/department QA to ensure the effectiveness of quality system.
● To support the Division Quality Manager in training of personnel on all matters affecting Quality Management and Quality Improvement.
● To support Internal Quality Audits within the Division and maintain appropriate records, follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions.
● To assist business in carrying out satisfactory survey
● To support Quality Manager in arranging BoA audit and accreditation scope expansion
● Perform other tasks required by Division Quality Manager/Division Manager
● To stand in Quality Division Manager’s responsibility in his/her absence when being assigned by the Division Manager
● In the absence of Quality Officer, the experienced staff, who is assigned by the Division Manager, shall assume the aforesaid responsibilities

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Management skill (planning, organizing, leadership and verifying – preferably with training or degree in management or 1 year management experience)
● Knowledge on ISO 17025, 17020, 9001 and system audit
● Business outlook, customer focus
● Fundamental knowledge of related division activities
