Mô tả công việc

Develop short-term and long-term user acquisition strategies that will deliver on performance goals while supporting brand goals
Support branding, content development, and go-to-market strategy for small- and large-scale Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Work cross-functionally to align teams on testing methodologies, measurement, creative strategy, and legal guidelines
Implement SEO, social, search, and email campaigns
Design, execute, analyze and optimize on-going A/B and multivariate tests while developing a culture of testing in the organization
Maintain relevant activity on all social media accounts, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant industry community sites
Work with product team to test new features and integrations to grow user base
Lead the measurement and optimization of all user acquisition on owned channels – track and report on core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Comfortable designing and executing campaigns on Instagram, Twitter and other relevant social media platforms
Experience developing a range of marketing materials/content for community or business audiences
A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
