Mô tả công việc

Purchasing
- Check materials inventory and report to manager to make import plans
- Check and record contracts, shipping documents
- Calculate the costs to import the goods
- Follow up incoming material shipments and assist for damages claim cases with supplier
- Coordinate with accounting team to process payment for supplier
Merchandising
- Prepare quotation to send to customers
- Calculate packaging and delivery costs and other related costs
- Follow up the PO from sampling to shipment
- Work with production team, quality control team to ensure the standard of goods and delivery of time.
- Make booking for shipment with forwarder and check the importing costs
- Coordinate with local warehouse to label and deliver goods as scheduled
- Work with accounting team to check customer’s debt
- Prepare shipping documents (sales contracts, invoice, packing list), coordinate with forwarder and service party to make B/L, CO

Salary: 20 - 25 million VND
Transportation provided from 19 Banh Van Tran Street, Ward 6, Tan Binh District (near Bay Hien intersection) at 7:30 AM daily
