Mô tả công việc
- Manage and support tasks included: training, recruitment, labor contract, regulation, evaluation…
- Performing recruitment (Posting, collecting CV, screening CV, interviews,… make & keep relationship with college, university, training school; reporting on resignation rate, successful rate of recruitment)
- Make announcement, decision on rotation, appoint, appointment, reward / discipline…
- Update Organizational chart
- Set up & follow annual evaluation of employees
- Internal regulation, discipline handle
- Other jobs as assigned Leader/H.o.D
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good health
- Good English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Have deep knowledge about Labor Code, Social Insurance law and other labor legal documents
- Have suitable experience/certificate/qualification for tasks relating to recruitment, education, salary, insurance, evaluation…
- Priority: disabled labor (mobility impairment)
