Draft, review legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest;
Propose legal advice, consult for company's activities and requests.
Prepare and submit documents related to establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal, …
Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Legal Manager.

Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law;
Bachelor 's Degree in Business/Economic Law.
From 1,5 years to 2 years of working experience (Retail experience is preferable).
Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone.
Good command of written English is required.
Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to business/retail/e-commerce field;
Meticulous and pay attention to details;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
Ability to work proactive, services mindset under high pressure.
Hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented;

Salary: 10 - 12 Million
Probation: 2 months with 100% gross salary
