Job overview:
To ensure all business activities of the company in compliance with the group standard and the local laws or regulations
Scope of work and responsibilities:
1. Corporate Legal Counsel
- Ensure all corporate documents and licenses are concluded or renewed on a timely manner in compliance with most updated legal policy and business models
- Develop standard contracts/ agreements; Support other departments in the company in reviewing and consulting for agreements or contracts
- Design and implement "License/Contract/Agreement Management Procedures” to ensure all business supporting documents are effective and in place
- Cooperate with group legal team and external legal advisors to implement group- guidelines, local law and regulations
including training and information activities
- Conduct training for the subordinates
2. Corporate Compliance
- Communicate with Legal team of parent company; Update the compliance matter as overseas subsidiary
- Advise and assess all legal risks related to the company's business activities
- Setup and maintain reporting scheme for any suspected compliance violations
- Conduct corporate compliance training
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor Degree in Law
- A Professional Lawyer Certificate issued by Ministry of Justice
- A Professional Lawyer Certificate issued by BAR Association is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of commercial law especially the law of contract, the law on enterprises and the law on investment
- Good computer skills in MS office
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience in retail or real estate industry is an advantage
- Age range: 35 - 40
