Mô tả công việc

Draft, prepare, review, and revise contracts and appendices to ensure legal validity and protect the company’s interests, both commercially and legally.
Verify content and ensure agreements are signed before relevant departments proceed with execution.
Manage signed contracts, monitor the expiry dates of important contracts, and notify relevant departments of renewal timelines.
Provide legal advice to other departments when necessary, while also anticipating legal issues that may affect the company’s business and recommending appropriate solutions.
Assist and liaise with local authorities on matters such as branch/factory establishment, investment licenses, import licenses, corporate document registration, and new product registration, as needed.
Handle the registration and protection of the company’s brand and trademark.
Register promotion schemes and activities with the Department of Trade.
Drafting out-going official document as advised
Prepare documents for applications (FDA, court cases, etc.)
Monitor and apply for necessary visas and related documents for foreign employees and management.
Regularly update and report on any new circulars related to the company and products to the GM or relevant departments.
Other tasks as assigned by Managing Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry or at foreign-owned companies.
Strong time management, problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
