- Strategic advice/advisor: advice strategic to the Board of Directors on domestic and foreign laws
- Legal risk management:
• Control and ensure documents and procedures related to the capital contribution, shareholders, company expansion. Lead and coordinate with relevant departments, partners, and state agencies in preparing and applying for the necessary licenses for business and investment activities of the Company.
• Be responsible for the legal and legal aspects of the Company, ensuring that all procedures and operating procedures of the Company are legal.
• Research and regularly update laws, decrees, circulars related to the Company's field of operation
• Control/manage/prevent risks in each stage and in the process of implementing the Contracts signed by the Company, monitor, appraise, control the legality and legal risks for the contracts. Documents issued by the Company; receive/expertise/evaluate/consult/process information from specialized departments to minimize risks/disputes arising during the Company's performance of signed Contracts; warning/proposing a plan to deal with risks that may arise during the performance of the Contract.
- Resolving Contract Dispute:
• Directly participate in the negotiation/handling/resolving of problems and disputes arising during the performance of the Contract with the Company's customers/vendors.
• Directly participate in the negotiation/handling/settling issues and disputes arising on cargo insurance and transportation.
• On behalf of the Company to conduct legal procedures in the process of complaints, disputes, and related legal proceedings. Directly/participating in handling the Company's lawsuits (if any).
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education:
- Graduate from the University of Law (Economic Law is preferable).
- Have a lawyer certificate is an advantage.
2. Experience:
- At least five years of experience in legal consulting work. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially having experience in participating in international proceedings, arbitration proceedings, cargo insurance, etc., at Logistics/Maritime/Insurance enterprises.
- Having a relationship with government agencies is an advantage.
3. Skill:
- Be careful, fair, have an objective view, and be honest.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and patient.
- Skilled in risk management and situational forecasting.
- Have skills in persuasion, negotiation, and critical thinking.
- Fluent in English.
4. Ages:
- From 30 to 45
