This is a part-time job that a contract is signed for a 2-3 month project. Employees need to be present at the office twice times a week. Salary can be negotiable with up 35 million/ project. After the project, an official working contract will be signed if the employees aspire to accompany the company in the long-term period.
Prepare legal document, summary report (projects, plans, contracts, risks, conditions, solutions,…).
Draft/establish/review/reivise/organize/archive contract/document/record.
Coordinate with relevant teams/depts for solving problems at site.
Identify risks in contractual terms and conditions, as well as proposing solutions.
Coordinate and support other teams (IP team and compliance team).

Good knowledge of International commercial contract and vietnamese law; (good knowledge of IP is preferred).
Be careful, meticulous, honest and responsible at work.
At least 3 year experience.
Research, evaluate, assess contracts, legal issues.
Bachelor''s Degree of Law (Degree classification: Good), (Completion of Lawyer Training Course is preferred).
Work independently/in a team and take initiative.
Communication and negotiation (persuade and positively inspire others).
Problem/risk sensitivity (ability to recognize and solve the problems/risks).
Make reports.
Soft skills
Work under pressure and hard working.
Manage, organize, archive data, legal records.
Integrity, disciplined, dynamic, creative, sensitivity, logical and systematic thinking.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
Quickly adapt to a new working environment.
