Legal Executive (Hà Nội)
Mô tả công việc
- Review and revise contracts, forms, internal policies and other documents of the Company;
- Giving legal advice for business matters as required by relevant departments;
- Support licensing, state procedures;
- Legal policies draft/review;
- Update, research related regulations and cooperate to handle legal issues;
- Assist in legal issues for some projects of the company as assigned;
- Comment on new regulation drafts;
- Make legal reports as assigned;
- Customer complaint solving, litigation when arising such cases;
- Communication and management on outsourcing legal matters.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Major: Law;
- Experience: 3 – 4 working years in Legal or Compliance;
- English is a compulsory requirement; Chinese is a plus but not a compulsory requirement
- Experience in trading activities of FDI is a plus;
- Good at negotiation and communication;
- Undertake for high pressure.
