• You will have responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating a diverse array of complex commercial contracts, and counseling internal business partners, translate contract and legal documents.
• Ensures the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical legal advice on licensing, regulatory (labor, investment, import & export, F&B, …) and counterparty risk.
• Collaborates with other internal stakeholders to identify, develop and execute strategies and initiatives that accomplish the company‘s business objectives while maintaining legal compliance.
• Serves as a legal advisor, providing legal counsel and guidance and strategic advice.
• Consults and implements legal procedures related to the field of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, patents...)
• Updates the system of legal documents and Vietnamese standards related to the Group‘s activities and report directly to management.
• Analyzes and coordinates to guide the implementation of legal documents related to the Group‘s activities.
• Other legal work as assigned by supervisors.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in law.
• From 1-2 years of experience, experience in E-commerce is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a keen eye for detail.

Preffered qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance, especially in areas related to E – commerce.
• Be highly adaptable and flexible, work comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Be proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiastic about sustainability.
• Exceptionally good communication skills (written and spoken).
