Mô tả công việc

Analyze and provide legal opinions/solutions for client's cases and requests in the field of corporation, investment, business, commercial, M&A, etc through researching, preparing, reviewing, drafting, translating any relevant legal documents;
Participate in some creative projects to build the law firm;
Attend direct meetings with Clients/Other third parties following Managing Partner's orders;
Liaising with clients and authorities;
Supervise, train and manage junior colleagues following Managing Partner's delegation;
Receive and perform assignments delegated by senior colleagues and Managing Partner;
And others will be further discussed in the interview.

Can do attitude;
Fluent in legal English (especially speaking and writing). Having an IELTS certificate or equivalent is an advantage;
Possessing at least a Certificate/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent;
Lawyer Certificate is required for this position;
Good at legal analysis and legal research skills;
Good command of communication and presentation
Experience in financial activities, foreign investments, corporation, commercial activities and M&A in local or international law firms is an advantage;
Be able to manage work efficiently under pressure;
Ability to work independently and as a team;
Having a long-term commitment.
