Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 350 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Searching, analyzing Trademarks, Patents make sure there is no infringement from 3rd parties to Yes4All's IP properties and vice versa.
• Registering, following Yes4All's Trademarks, Patents in designated countries, (make reports update every month to Legal Leader).
• Keeping abreast of changes in many countries (US, JP, MX, CA…) IP laws as well as Amazon policy.
• Providing legal solutions and supports on trademark issues (patent/ copyright, if any).
• Reviewing, consulting IP issues for contracts used by other departments.
• Checking listing, doing research, translating main legal documents if required.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor (major in Law), has a mindset about Intellectual Property Rights, especially Trademark, Patent;
• Complete the Intensive Training Course in IP is prefered.                                                              
• Experience at least 01 year in IP field.                                    
• Ability to read - understand and write in English fluently.
• Good at Combinator, solid geometry is prefered.
• Detailed, careful, hard-working, progressive spirit.
• Prefer to learn, capable of self-study, self-research
• Ability to communicate and persuade effectively..
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure.
• Good planning and organization skills, proactive at work .                                                             
• Logic thinking, strong criticism and problem-solving skills.
• Have a mindset on intellectual property rights, e-commerce.

Soft skill:

• Have experience in contract is preferred.
