Mô tả công việc
- Approach the hospital doctors, clinic representatives and others to introduce company’s products.
- Consult to the doctors about company products’ advantages in order doctor understands clearly and deeply about our product to decide on treatment to patients.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet objectives, regularly visit doctors to remind them on our products.
- Collect the production information from market as well as doctor’s comments on products to report periodically or timely to Line Manager.
- Maintain & develop good report with all related departments, Customers, Principals’ employees
- Follow up the company listing/ tender to update on time about the news, progress and the result if any.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Other assigned works from upper levels if any.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Pharmacy or equivalent degree Pharmaceutical market
- At least 4-5 year experience in medical representative/ key account, especially for Pharmaceutical MNC company
- Experienced in Women healthcare or O&G category is an advantage.
- Proactive, positive thinking and intergrity
- Good negotation and approaching the marketing
- Good at English and computer skills
