Junior Legal Counsel
Mô tả công việc
• Junior legal counsel reports directly to Country Legal & Public Policy Counsel and is ultimately responsible for handling legal paperwork (including Traveloka Vietnam and affiliates of Traveloka Group);
• Work closely with Country Legal & Public Policy Counsel in legal, compliance work, corporate affairs and public policy;
• Work with various teams and BUs (People Ops, Operation, Accommodation, Flight team, etc.) to understand their needs for concrete daily legal advice;
• To be in charge of the filing system for Legal Function;
• Supervise corporate paralegal;
• Other tasks assigned by Country Legal & Public Policy Counsel.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Law Bachelor's Degree;
• At least 3 years’ experience working in legal field;
• Effective communication in English; Vietnamese;
• Experience in E-commerce / tech company is an advantage;
• Analytical mind-set and ability to see the big picture;
• Business-oriented, detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving problems;
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment;
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations;
• Having lawyer practicing certificate is an advantage;
• Prefer in-house experience.
