To Manage compensation, benefits, health and safety insurance, incentives, recognition rewards, annual budget and workforce plan.
To Manage and monitor HR operation's productivity, workforce, collaboration, mobility, workingtools and dress code.Manage labor/employee relations and HR compliance.
Manage administration or affairs related to business.
To Manage scope of projets and manpower/labor resourceManage & assess - performance management annually.
To Manage orientation training, and training & development programs.
To Manage hiring & onboarding new employees, manage new hires probation periods and labor contracts.
Checking the payroll timesheet, payment monthlyMake monthly reports and period base on business.
To Organize company events and internal meetings. Make relations with government officers to complete job functions/projects.Make workforce plan and productivity plan.

Able to coaching and train to employeesAcknowledge the workforce struture, policy and regulation to edit official letters or documents and delegation related administration.
Able to solve or co-ordinate to others for adapt the requires from BOD.
Ability to monitor and approach HR internal audit, avaluate and look at the key findings and records.Able to listen, speaking, writing and reading well.
Able to collect data, summarize, analyze report.
Good MS Office, export data, segment and summary.
Able to edit legal official letter and document efficiently.
Talent segmentation and talent relationAble to make employee and public relation.Able to organize the event and management, hospitality etc,
