- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conduct phone interviews and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in updating information and ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurately filed and up-to-date (new hires, leaving resources, employee information).
- Draft up labor contract and appendix as per manager's instruction.
- Support in organizing internal training.
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Any tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently student or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Internship period: 6 months is preferred (Full time).
- Proficiency in office software.
- Basic English skills.
- Quick learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, and attention to detail.
- Working time: 8:30 - 5:30 from Monday to Friday.
