HR Generalist, Sales North (12 months Contract)

General Job scope
This role will support HRBP Sales to handle all administration tasks for key annual HR agenda and daily HRBP sales related operation.
Main responsibilities
To assist HRBP Sales in the regions for the following key activities:
• Coordinate to facilitate and follow up the performance management program, providing instruction guide line for goal setting, mid-year review, year-end review, performance calibration and other performance improvement administration
• Coordinate to facilitate and follow up for talent assessment program and other HR Sales projects
• Assist HRBP Sales Managers to facilitate training courses and employee engagement activities
• Assist to HRBP Sales Manager in coordinating and driving for successful of the Sales Trainee program
• Delivery all administration support for HRBP Sales including consolidate data and report for monthly org. chart update, headcount report, attrition report and analysis, exit interview and other ad-hoc HR transactions.
• Be coordinator to support field sales people in working smoothly with Mondelez Business Service team
Assist HRBP to be partner closely to sales representative population, understand team insight, join to build sourcing quality and improve capability for sales representatives
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree
• Experience in various HR professionalism in an MNC (FMCG industry is a plus)
• Good at communication, organizing and planning skills
• Good interpersonal skill and able to handle different personalities
• Diligent, careful and follow-through
• Customer service oriented
• Reasoning ability and solution driven
