HR Admin Manager

- Manage human resource activities including recruitment, C&B, training, and employee relation to motivate employees
- Responsible for operation activities including administration, HR to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure the execution of the company’s Vietnam strategy for growth.
- Guide staff, ensuring everyone is aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including labor law, tax law and trade laws.
- Relationship management with local Government, Tax, to ensure stable growth.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may affect the company's operations or reputation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the company.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated in the related majors
- At least 5 years of experience as HR and Admin Manager
- Required candidates have experienced in FMCG, Retails industry, Beautity & Healthcare, with good knowledge on Marketing online (Digital/ E-commerce) and offline chanels
- Ability to do recruitment with required headcount from 10-20 (Sales,..) per month
- Good social chanels on recruiment (facebook, linked-in,…)
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- International company background is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working day from 8h30 to 17h30, from Monday to half of Saturday (12h30)
- Work location: Office building, No24, Road7, An Phu ward, District2, Ho Chi Minh city
