Human Resources (HR):
- Implement recruitment (posting jobs, screening applications, round 1 interviews, coordinating with managers to recruit the right people).
- Manage personnel records, labor contracts, personnel decisions (probation, termination, rewards, discipline, etc.).
- Monitor, timekeeping, calculate salaries, bonuses, welfare regimes, social insurance, personal income tax for employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities (team building, birthdays, travel, internal events, etc.).
- Participate in developing processes, regulations and corporate culture.
- Participate in developing and contributing ideas to develop full salary and welfare policies, suitable for the company's situation, and advise the CEO on laws and regulations related to human resources.
Periodically report on personnel situation to management level
Administration (Admin):
- Manage, purchase and distribute office supplies, equipment and company assets.
- Manage clerical work, archive, draft official dispatches, notices, administrative documents.
- Organize logistics for events, meetings and internal receptions.
- Contact and work with authorities when requested (tax, insurance, labor, etc.).
- Make monthly administrative expense payments.
- Ensure a professional, clean, friendly working environment, creating comfort for employees.
Other tasks as required by management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have 2-3 years of experience in the field of Administration - Human Resources at Game/IT companies.
- Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax and related legal documents.
Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Canva and AI tools to support human resource management.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, evaluate problems, organizational thinking and reasonable work arrangement skills.
- Dynamic, careful, responsible, eager to learn and long-term commitment.
