Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation on 1C:Enterprise platform. There are over 5000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation. 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country.

We have an intermediate opening for the position of General Accountant.

Responsibilities:

Manage AR and follow up AR for completed and ongoing projects
Ensure all sales and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner
Issues VAT invoices as required
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax reports (VAT, CIT, and FCT)
Control the validation of all tax invoices and other documents to make sure expenses are reasonable under tax regulations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/ expenses reports
Collaborate with the auditors for annual financial reports
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

At least 3-year experience in a relevant position
Bachelor’s degree in Accountant / Finance is required
Familiar with accounting software
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel)
Good planning and organization skills.
