We have an intermediate opening for the position of General Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR and follow up AR for completed and ongoing projects
• Ensure all sales and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner
• Issues VAT invoices as required
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax reports (VAT, CIT, and FCT)
• Control the validation of all tax invoices and other documents to make sure expenses are reasonable under tax regulations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/ expenses reports
• Collaborate with the auditors for annual financial reports
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

• At least 3-year experience in a relevant position
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountant / Finance is required
• Familiar with accounting software
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel)
• Good planning and organization skills.
